optimum gainer


just bought a weight gainer
im wanting to know how many calories it has?
as it doesn't say on the label
i bought this one

i read somewhere that fat = 9 calories/gm, carbs = 4 cals/gm, protein = 4 cals/gm.
can someone help me out?

it does say on the label - 1597kj. that translates to 381kcal.
