I get all the ingriediants from my local supermarket, but not sure on what the situation is whereyou are, they aint too rare so you should be ok. You have to take to heart that the shake I posted seriously is a gainer shake, it has a lot of well, everything. You probably shouldn't listen to me when i say drink that thing - thats just some crazy **** I do to bump up the cals. You should try and limit the amount of sat fat you have a day, you really dont need much at all if any. You will be able to tell and control how much goes into it by choosing your set
ice cream, looking at the cals and then doing some simple maths to work out exactly how much sat. fat your gonna be adding to that shake .... some ice cream is better than others, all about what you can get hold of though.
