optimum pre load creatine


optimum nutrition pre-load creatine complex
with glutamine,taurine,arginine,elctrolytes
(creapure brand)


what do you guys think? it's not micronized but the guy told me it's good because it's creapure and it has glutatmine and arginine.

plus i hear everybody talking about optimum's protein.

Most of the arginine and glutamine will decharacterize during digestion so that is no great addition. My advice is that regular old micronized creatine is fine and easier on the wallet.

The fact that it uses Creapure creatine is good. That is a a seal of approval for the products purity. The added glutamine and arginine aren't likely to make much difference in the amounts added.
