Well if you really only want to limit yourself to that then I'd say Optimum. But if you want the best get AST VP2.

Nitro-Tech is better than Optimum, but is way more expensive.

I would say to use Optimum, unless you don't care about money, in which case you should go for the Nitro-Tech.

the power of misleading advertising.

ingredients of optimums protein:

Quadplex protein blend (ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate, cross flow microfiltered whey protein isolate, ion exchange whey protein isolate [all three sources contain concentrations of beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, immunoglobulins, glycomacropeptides, lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase, other closely related protein molecules and glutamine peptides], low molecular weight and partially hydrolyzed whey peptides), cocoa, artificial flavor, acesulfame potassium.

ingredients for nitrotech:

SynthePro (Whey peptides [modified weight and partially predigested (hydrolyzed) whey protein concentrate (providing di-, tri-. oligo-, and polypeptides) {shorter and longer chains of amino acids}], whey protein concentrate, and new ion-exchanged specially filtered 97% whey protein isolate, l-leucine, l-methionine, l-phenylalanine, lactoferrin {synthePro full spectrum whey protein fractions include: beta lactoglobulin ~55%, alpha lactalbumin ~15%, glycomacropeptides ~21%, immunoglobulins ~3%, bovine serum albumin ~2%, lactoferrin <1%}), micronized creatine monohydrate; Insulogen ä (guar gum, d-myo-inositol, glucomannan, taurine, pharmaceutical-grade alpha lipoic acid, Inzitol ä {D-pinitol}); nitroxen (glycosidal saponins, folic acid), natural & artificial flavors, glutamine blend (l-glutamine, glutamine peptides, calcium alpha ketoglutarate), dipotassium phosphate, lecithin, magnesium oxide, N-acetyl-cysteine, dl-tocopherol acetate, acesulfame potassium, aspartame, pyridoxine hydrochloride.

notice what i put in bold? yep, they put creatine in this product but fail to mention that in the hundred of advertisements they put out month after month. why is that? simple, muscletech is not after educated consumers. they are after newbies. i've been doing this for 11 years and when i first started i got burned on stuff like this. i've since learned to do my research first and that if it sounds too good to be true, its not true.

as for celltech, again its simple misleading advertising. they claim to be superior. simple facts are:

regular creatine monohydrate contains 5 grams of creatine per serving.

creatine transport products contain 5 grams of creatine with roughly 35 grams of dextrose.

celltech contains 10 grams of creatine with 75 grams of dextrose.

muscletech fails to mention that if you compare celltech to a creatine transport product and DOUBLE ITS SERVING SIZE, you'd get the same results for less money.

and if you compare celltech to regular creatine monohydrate and double its serving size and add something like gatorade or powerade, you'l also get the same results for less money.

i've wasted plenty of money on useless products (vanadyl, tribulus, the first andro products, etc) when i believed the advertisements. with experience comes knowledge. dont make the same mistakes i made.

AST seems like a pretty good company that actually wants its customers to get results
