sometimes when i dont feel like making a complete shake i just mix the powder in a small glass with milk or water with a spoon and slam it as fast as i can ..... it's a lot quicker and faster sometimes but can taste kinda funky
instead of giving in, maybe find a shake you like, i have tried a few different kinds, and now found a generic one at a sports nutrition store in San diego, taste like vanilla ice cream, so its like im cheating my diet to me
