Well, I did. I ordered some lipo-6 and when it came in the mail started using it the next day. I followed the instructions (2 pills 30 minutes before a meal) and was a smidge shakey but not a big deal, I knew it was just from the adjustment. Anyways, 3 hours later I ate a fiber bar and soon after that my heart started beating to a point of alarm. I was so paniced, whenever I would breath out a surge of nervousness would go through my body which probably just caused stress and made my heart work harder, but I honestly almost took myself to the hospital but I was afraid to get up because thinking about it was making it feel worse so I kept trying to lower my heartrate through relaxation. My heart was so alarmingly sped up that all i could do was lay down it a pitch black room while I tried to think of other things so I'd relax. I could feel my heart beating through my chest without even placing a hand near it. Finally after about a
half hour I had layed in the dark silent room long enough and kept having songs go through my head to keep myself relaxed long enough to where it wasn't so terrible and I wasn't shaking rediculously anymore. I thought it was pretty weird that that would happen an entire 3 hours after I took the pills, so I looked at the ingredients of what I ate to see if anything maybe set it off and I noticed there was
green tea extract in the bar. Could this be what set it off, or is it possible it just took that long for the full effect? Anyways, t was scary, and I don't think I;m even going to try to just half the dosage. Looks like these babies are going into the trash.
