Pills

Ok I know this is a stupid question but do any of those suposed diet pills actually work. I have a hard time believeing the the lose wieght ones work but what about just ones to control hunger? If there are not any, then what foods help to control hunger? I've heard fiberus foods like some fruit, oatmeals and stuff like that. Problem is I love that stuff so I can eat a ton of it.
Thanks

Will

I tried a pill called thermobol and lost a fair bit in 2 week. But i found that the effect wore off after i while so i stopped. I'm going to start taking them again when i get stuck with my current cutting plan. Thermobol was quite good as it boosted my energy levels and did in fact take the edge of my hunger.

sure they work

eating food will control hunger? what do you know lol. on a serious note, yes complex carbs would be the wise choice because they take long to digest.

if you want something better than a diet pill google sesamin

Ephedrine works just fine. I don`t know if you can it in the States anymore, though. Here (Brazil) it`s so easy. You can get basically anything you want here.

not a bad purchase at all: http://www.dexatrim.com/product_tea.asp

green tea extract is very good for you. although they only have 90mg ECGC in there, I take 500 a day. does yours have the ephedra or no? next time I would go solely green tea extract as it countless benefits besides weight loss aid.

I believe that it is ephedra free. What benefits does the ephedra add? I hope it works. I'm just sick of trying to keep the wieght off. I was doing good for the longest time(mostly by not eating much) but i guess you could say that I've kinda lost control. I can still wear the same size clothes as before execpt some of my jeans because my legs have gotten bigger.

heres a great article on green tea: http://www.bulknutrition.com/?articleID=34

a supplement (or the liquid) that IMO everyone should look into- it's cheap and very good for you.

If I had to recommend the best 2 safest supplements besides a multi it would be that and fish oil: http://www.bulknutrition.com/?ingredients_id=19

If you want to eat more you just have to do more cardio, I'm the same way I try to eat a little bit of junk everyday. For postwork out ill have a popsicle of 2 and my whey protein. This helps me stay on track with my diet otherwise I get bad cravings. Also just try to walk more in general if you want a paper walk to the store don't drive. On the drugs side of things I don't know a whole lot about diet pills but I think anything you get OTC will most likely do very little or nothing at all. Any products that usually work well do some for of harm to you and will be banned. My advice keep a clean diet for a few months then if your still having trouble those last few lbs take ECA two weeks off and 2 weeks on. Of Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. You could even rotate between the 2 if you want. Clen is much more harsh than ECA and you do decide to use it be very careful and slowly ramp you dose up.

William, are you still not eating enough and starving yourself? Do you still have the problem I have of seeing fat that isn't there? Evaluate these things before you consider any diet pill. Remember our PM discussion about starvation and what it does to the body? DO NOT DISREGARD THAT, DO NOT HARM YOUR HEALTH.

If you really want a pill, I've been reading lately about a suppliment called carbolin 19. I don't now if it's worth a sh*t or not. Nothing is as good as the right nutrition for your body and exercise, but supposedly it will put you in an anabolic state where you will gain muscle and burn fat if you eat enough and lift hard.

Good luck to you.

Without trying to flame you, your statement about OTC's doing little or nothing is a prime example one person's ignorance possibly leading another of equal or greater ignorance down the path of bodily harm. Since you stated you "don't know a whole lot about diet pills" I suggest you just leave it at that. Then you go on to give advice to this guy to rotate a clen and eca stack. What details do you know about the person you are recommending this to? Age, past medical history, allergies, current physical condtion, etc?

Don't take pills until you ask your GP about them, first, Will.

It's just speed, basically. It isn't going to fix the root of the problem, which seems to be your view of your body.

Plus many OTC weight-loss pills warn against taking the product if you take other types of medication, especially MAOI inhibitors.
