Please help to choose btw these product


Hi all. Currently, I was looking to get some CLA. By doing some research here and there, I heard that I need 9-15 gram of CLA to get most of it. So, I looked around and found that there are 2 different forms of CLA which is powder and capsure. I really want to get powder form because its much cheaper but it says 'CLA Oil Powder' not just CLA.(im worried what this OIL stands for) Is this same product just like other capsure CLA products?(ex. NOW CLA). Thanxs in advance.

I've always read that 4-6 grams a day is optimal and any more doesn't add any more benefits. Most of the studies that show good results with CLA is Tonalin (spelling??) CLA; its not a brand name, but a manufacturer of CLA for the different companies like EAS, etc. Be sure that it says Tonalin somewhere on the bottle b/c the other types aren't as effective. I've never seen it or tried it in the powder form; I've only known for it to be in capsule form, and it has worked great for me.

The powder has an aftertaste that reminds me of soap.
