Question

pls help

hello,
due to different opinions on using creatines, im not really sure i want to try this out as of yet but maybe in the near future. I just want to know if a person would just stay on whey protein supplements and not use other supplements like creatine would also find results in gaining mass and building muscles? I have been using designer whey protein for some time now and eating protein bars once in a while and a couple of egg whites everyday plus milk for added protein but have only noticed a little gain in my arms when working out but soon deminishes right after. my tummy seems to get bigger and flabbier... but my weight doesnt seem to change. i thought that by taking proteins, it would help me gain mass and build big hard muscles as well. does protein supplements alone provide gains in muscle mass...eventually? and also, what do u guys do or what kinds of supplements do u use so that those muscles would still be that visible even if it isnt pumped when not working out. any help/views on this matter would be greatly appreciated. thank you very much.

You can eat healthy foods and still gain lean mass. Protien supps wont nessesarly build you muscle just because you use protein supps. You have to have a balance healthly diet to have any progress. To gain mass you have to eat more then you burn in calories.

Do a search for bulking plans that would be a great start!!

My my, you have a lot to learn, but a search would be a great place to start. What are you're stats? Weight, Height, Age, etc. Protein shakes are a SUPPLEMENT, meaning it supplements your normal protein intake, its basically convenient protein.

Shakes on their own are not going to do anything because if you had 3 a day you might take in 800 calories which is by no means enough to build mass, mass can be attributed to protein, carbs, fat, anything that makes up calories that surpass what you burn in a day through normal activity, being awake and whatever else you do i.e. weight training, cardio. Creatine is not something you need to be spending money on now in my opinion.
