protein intake, its basically convenient protein.
Shakes on their own are not going to do anything because if you had 3 a day you might take in 800 calories which is by no means enough to build mass, mass can be attributed to protein, carbs, fat, anything that makes up calories that surpass what you burn in a day through normal activity, being awake and whatever else you do i.e.
weight training, cardio. Creatine is not something you need to be spending money on now in my opinion.
