what does everyone take or reccomend after a good workout? for myself i blend up about 7 ice cubes, a bannana, 3-4 strawberries, a good cup or so of no fat milk and met-rx protien powder mix. freeze for 30 min and whola. :

I take about 48 grams of whey protein isolate, along with a creatine drink mix containing simple carbs, creatine, and glutamine. Also drink lots of water and take in Vitamin C, NAC, and ALA.
