Post workout shakes - what do you take?


what does everyone take or reccomend after a good workout? for myself i blend up about 7 ice cubes, a bannana, 3-4 strawberries, a good cup or so of no fat milk and met-rx protien powder mix. freeze for 30 min and whola. :

I take about 48 grams of whey protein isolate, along with a creatine drink mix containing simple carbs, creatine, and glutamine. Also drink lots of water and take in Vitamin C, NAC, and ALA.

Simple & to the point: one scoop of ON Whey in water, one banana. Follow that by some kind of carb- and protein-heavy meal within 2 hours (hopefully).

1/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt, nonfat or lowfat
1 banana
3 strawberries
1/2 bag nytro pro 40
1/2 cup water

1 Scoop of EAS MyoPro Whey (chocolate)... tastes surprisingly good when mixed either semi-skimmed milk, or water
