Post-workout Supplementation in the Wilderness

I work as a camp counselor during the summer, but like to maintain my workout program while I'm there. I have managed to imprvoise my workouts pretty well for the unique setting, but I'm not quite sure what to do in terms of how to supplement. Normally I take a whey protein shake following my workout. However, without a blender or electricity for that matter, that isnt completely possible. That leaves me with the options of overpriced protein bars, or amino acid pills and liquids. I've taken the amino liquids before (Amino Fuel, I believe) and it upset my stomach horribly. Any suggestions?

Just get a shaker cup. No need for electricity with that handy dandy piece of equipment. Put some water or juice in the cup, a scoop of protein powder, maybe some creatine and glutamine, shake like crazy and you have a great post workout drink.
