protein amino acid questions

do all proteins contain amino acids? If no which ones do not?

What is the big benefit of them, I dont notice anything at all?

Are there any that are arginine free?

Long chains of amino acids = proteins. All proteins are made of amino acids.

Yeah bump to Dark, different AA's code for different proteins, that's what gives fluctuation in different profiles of meats.

Why would you want a protein powder without arginine?

You need amino acids, which you mainly get from complete proteins to build muscle, lose fat, and most important live. You reasons for not seeing results are not due to the protein you using as a supplement.
