protein question


lets say i make my protein shake at night and put it in the fridge then i wake up and drink it.. is that bad to do? Does it degrade?

depending what's in it, it should be fine although it won't be "morning fresh" by any means.

The protein will most likely become denatured but that will be done in your stomach anyway to absorb it

Has anyone seen any studies on this, i.e. the effectiveness of premade vs. freshly mixed whey shakes.

I'd buy a stick blender, you can make a creamy well mixed shake in a few seconds and clean up is just washing the cup and rinsing the blender.
