I have been drinking this supplement for sometime and im not sure whether im having it effectively?
I tend to have one shake from 9am to 4pm with about 2-3 litres of water. Then i do my workout at the gym.
Is this okay? Or is it better for me to drink the shake after my workout instead of a meal?

Because of the massive amount of them I've got I drink like 5 of these a day, they are real good stuff... however I wouldn't drink them after a workout the protein is nowhere near as fast absorbing as the whey you find in prolab etc, use it before a workout and then go with whey protein after.

Another point, im not too keen on products as such. So would normal protein in foods suffice on comsumption after a workout instead?
