Quality Supplements??...Help!

!Help!

I've been lifting for about 2 1/2 years now. Up until a few months ago I've only taken a multi- vitamin. However, recently I tried NO2 and Universal's Natural Sterol Complex, and I've noticed minor results. I'm interested in knowing if anyone can help my find a quality supplement that gives results and doesn't make my balls strink, give me acne, give me gyno, etc, etc. Help me out dudes.

Are you using whey protein and dextrose post workout? That with creatine are probably your best bets are far as supps go.

No, but I prob. would rather not take creatine because of the water retention, which isn't the best thing for speed in sports.

it depends on the sport...it gives you explosive speed due to the accelerated fast twitch fibers...but you should at least take in whey protein and dextrose or vitargo w/o creatine, or some form of simple sugar

as for diet, eat every three hours, and eat a meal within 1 hour of the protein shake

Ok....But my original question is still unanswered. Are the only supplements that truely give solid results the ones that effect hormone levels (causing steriod/prohormone like side- effects)? Or, are there alternatives to steriods/prohormones that provide similar results yet are safe (and worth my time and money)?

What about anti- estrogens. Like Instone Froza- T. Apparently is boosts test levels with minor sides.

Like pmcqouqh said, steroids and prohormones can be used safely but you need to thoroughly research their use. Be careful of the dosing advice on the boards as they are mostly driven by a "how much can I take" rather than "how much do I need" attitude.

To answer your question, I don't know much about Instone Froza- T or other OTC test boosters. Sorry I can't help you out.

I'm not trying to cause a problem here but, I can't understand why you continue to suggest these types of drugs to every thread like they're Tylenol? Are you affiliated with this website that you are always plugging?

I wanted to chime in too with this. I can tell that you've (pcmgough) never used any gear or anything before due to your past posts. You have been doing a lot of research, but dont give out this kind of information unless directly asked for it.

The silence on the subject speaks volumes about the "muscle building" supplements available OTC (meaning the advertising hype on them is not to be believed). You could try colostrum. Recent research is looking promising on the product.

EDIT: Use the powder instead of the tabs or caps. It appears more useful for athletics this way.

I've definitely wanted to try the colostrum, I've heard good things about it. As far as a creatine that doesnt cause water retention, look into San V12, I found it to work amazingly and I definitely didnt have any water retention, so as far as that goes, it lives up to the hype. The only problem I had was that the pumps I recieved were sometimes painful.
