Question about cycling BIOTEST TRIBEX

the included info with it says to cycle it 1 of 2 ways:

1. 4 weeks on, 1 week off

2. 5 days on, 2 days off

Which do you think would bring about better gains?

i was thinking doing 5 days on 2 days off so i dont have to take a whole week off after the 4 weeks, so i can be more consistant about it.

I have seen and experienced myself decent gains using the 5 day on/2 day off method.

cool, thanks

did you continue using it after 4 weeks, or did you take a week off and then continue using, or did you just stop altogether?

my understanding is that you can continue using it non stop as long as you take the 2 weekends off.

I continued to use it for 8 weeks. At 4 weeks the results are just beginning to kick in as far as muscle gains, to stop short at 4 weeks would not of been very productive. ITs definetly a long term supplement that you must be patient with to see results.

Remember that age plays a role too. Older guys will obviously get better results than young guys.

As for the cycling - 8 weeks is cool, like MostMuscle said, it is a long term supp.
