Havent posted in a while and searched the forum but cant seem to find a few simple answers. I am waiting on my order of SwoleN to arrive. As directed I will take 2 servings per day about 8
hours apart. First thing in the morning and then again about 45 minutes before my workout. I will continue protein shakes and multi vitamins as well.

Ok now for the question.........With the ingredients in SwoleN, should I consider taking some form of dextrose/glucose as well to help with the carrying of the creatine or will simply chugging down the SwoleN be efficient.
and if I take 2 servings a day should I have one pre-workout like planned and described above or should I consume one post workout? All reviews I have read simply state users take it 2 times a day so I am not sure which time my body would benefit the most (before or after) workout
