Question

Question about Syntrax SwoleN

Havent posted in a while and searched the forum but cant seem to find a few simple answers. I am waiting on my order of SwoleN to arrive. As directed I will take 2 servings per day about 8 hours apart. First thing in the morning and then again about 45 minutes before my workout. I will continue protein shakes and multi vitamins as well.
Ok now for the question.........With the ingredients in SwoleN, should I consider taking some form of dextrose/glucose as well to help with the carrying of the creatine or will simply chugging down the SwoleN be efficient.

and if I take 2 servings a day should I have one pre-workout like planned and described above or should I consume one post workout? All reviews I have read simply state users take it 2 times a day so I am not sure which time my body would benefit the most (before or after) workout

To save a search I have listed the ingredients of SwoleN below.

Thanks in advance for any advice

I'm thinking the "anabolic carbohydrate blend" is sugar. If it's dextrose, you need about 2x that amount. If it's table sugar, a natural blend of dextrose/fructose, then you still need 2x that amount but it won't be as effective. I don't see any protein in there - about 10 minutes after that stuff are you taking some protein too?

Most of the ingredients I'm not familiar with. I see some stuff that's supposed to increase your "pump", some creatine to help carry fluid into the muscle and some sugar...that's all I'm familiar with on your suppliment...sorry I can't give more information. Except it looks more like a post workout concoction than pre-workout. I hope your diet and workouts are already perfect - that is much more valuable than suppliments and makes them more effective.

lol @ anabolic carbohydrate blend

some of the other ingredients, like the NO boosters or taurine supposedly stimulate insulin release also, that is prolly their reason for only 20 grams of carbs

anabolic carbohydrate blend. Actually not the worst possible name. To keep the kids from using up my dextrose/creatine blend for sweetener - I put it into a coffee canister, took a sharpie, and labeled it, "miracle grow".

Thanks A_welch and to answer you YES I am taking protein also afterwards. And then within an hour of that I will be eating my next meal. I have some dextrose so I may mix in a scoop of that as well just to be sure im getting enough. Thanks again

Since you have both, try it without the dextrose for a week. Then try it with the dextrose for a week. Compare your results...stick with the way that's better.

Sometimes we just have to experiment to see exactly what works best for our own body. Kind of like when you were 16 trying to decide if you liked blondes, brunettes, or redheads - try them all and see what's best for you.
