Questions, Creatine+Protein Powder? and results of redbull

I usually go to the gym after school so I premix my creatine with my protein powder nad mix it all into water after I work out, is this in any way dangerous?

also what are the side effects of drinking Redbull b4 a work out? its basically like drinking a ton of caffiene

The protein and creatine method you're using isn't the least bit dangerous. It's more dangerous to be using an energy drink containing high amounts of caffeine (diuretic, pulling lots of water out of your body), while you're also on creatine (causes water retention). It's kind of like taking a stimulant and a depressant, you're putting chemicals into your body that are telling it to do opposite things. Not exactly a good thing.

its not too harmful, but i would recomend going with caffeine anhydrous(pill form) rather than red bull if you need the boost

there are cheaper solution then red bull. Like No-Xplode.

Each serving size is cheaper then red bull. IT has no sugar, and it has creatine and arganine. Also, is loaded with caffiene for that boost.

What i said depends on where u buy the no-xplode form.

Mind explaining why? I've debated trying that stuff, but I haven't justified its cost very well yet. Something tells me I could make something just as good by buying the individual components, and end up with about 4x the servings for the same cost.
