Quickie: It says take immediately after workout but...

Hi all,

I just bought EAS Mass Factor (was 'Simply Gain' I believe). It says to drink it immediately following my workout. Does 'workout' refer to just my lifting session? I split up my Cardio and lifting so that I lift 3 times a week and do cardio 2 or 3 times on different days from my lifting. Should I be taking Mass Factor only after my lifting workout, ie 3 times a week?

Also, using the recommended quantity on the container makes a pretty thick shake. Is it okay to add a little more water to thin it down a bit? Will this mean Mass Factor is less effective?

Thanks
