Red Bull

do you think that red bull would help with wrestling, i know it gives you energy but i want to know if its the kind of energy you get for a minute and then it goes away, or if iits gives you energy for many hours after consuming it

It provides energy because it has caffeine and sugar. I'd go for the 0 sugar kind if you drink it at all. There are pills that provide the same thing at a much cheaper price though. Like $10 or less for a thing of 60 pills (each = to a Red Bull or any similar drink,) as opposed to $2 a can for Red Bull and other similar drinks.

All in all the effects last for a few hours until the caffeine is out of your system.

Most definetely get one. Don't use any caffeine supplments in practice so that you are not reliant, but in meets do what you need to do to get fired up. Have as many as you wish so long as you do not throw em up during the match .

I'd really avoid taking in more than 400-500 mg at once tops, probably better to stick below that though. Yeah though, the effects are better if you don't use it very often.
