riods
i am a 16 year old in high school very vivd about working out. i am 6'2, 170lbs(creatine, was at 145 during wrestling) with about 11% body fat. I bench 230, squat 340, curl 115, dead lift close to 450. I work out 5 days a week either through weights or running, have been for about 18 months. pound for pound i am the second strongest in my entire school(1000 guys between 9th and 12th grade) but i am tierd of being the skinny guy and i need to add least 50 lbs to my bench by football coach says to play d-end.
After hearing where i stand in most things i would like to hear your statements on weather or not i can take steriods. What kind, how often and what type of works outs to go with it. Keeping healthy is one of my biggest concerns, i understand i will do some damage but it's worth it to continue my football career. I have read up greatly on steriods online from one site to another but i haven't gotten any personal imput, no one at my highschool uses them, i am truely afraid to ask my father(easily bigger than me in every way shape and form) and i want to hear what is best from someone else other than the person selling them. So any suggestions, also what is the expected prices?(money isn't much of an object my tuition for 10th grade is over 7k, i just don't want to waste it)
any input would be welcome

Steroids can't do for you what your body will be able to accomplish on its own. You want to get big? Eat, eat, eat. Even with roids you will have to do that in order for them to work.

i do eat a fair amount, but i am trying to maintain the well...sub par 6-pack that i have. my daily diet(atleast monday through friday, only can eat what the school offers) starts with a plain baggel with an egg on it for morning. @ lunch i usually eat a roast beef sandwich w/ 2 fat free milks and if i full good a 6 inch cookie. For dinner drink about 2 cups of 2% milk about a pound(or 2) of cleaned chicken or beef with either rice and noodles and sometimes a random vegetable. and i have gotten in the habit of always having a gatoraid at my bedside, even if i'm not there. i will out of hunger throw in either chips, peanutes, a candy bar, or a fruit somewhere in the day.
if roids can't help me, can u inspect my diet?

you CAN take steroids. but you shouldn't. i don't recommend them to anyone, let alone someone who is not highly knowledgeable and in their twenties.

Even if you take steroids, with a diet like that, they aren't going to do much for you. You need to start packing a lunch for yourself and doubling your food intake!!! To get big, you have to EAT big. That is all there is to it. If only I understould that when I was 16

By the way, as everyone said. Don't even consider steroids. Not worth messing up your horomone balances when they are sooo important.

If your going to take them then at the end of the day nobody is going to be able to stop you, just make sure you know what each type does so you can at least save any vertical growth you have left...there's only a couple that won't fuse your growth plates (but even these WILL at on long courses because of the adrogens). Like the guys said, first get your diet nailed and I mean ... seriously nailed, because if your going on cycle you need all the energy you can get.

The only way to gain lean muscle sin is to eat lean proteins, complex carbs, healthy fats (EFA's), and stay away from the chips, sodas, cookies and such. Learn to love your vegetables. They are important to any diet when trying to maintain your 6 pack!
