Hey Mister Realmeh

I really think a 13 year old wouldn't need fatburners. Your metabolism is in overdrive anyway. Gosh, I wish I had yours!!
We "older"guys need stuff like that, cause our metabolisms are quite sluggish. So, stick to a good diet, do your cardio and lift weights...you'll get there.

One more thing - Whey is a very good protein source. You can also try egg albumin - which is much cheaper and has an excellent amino-profile. ( and eat you beef and plenty of veggies, boy!! - you'll grow like weed)

I have to agree with Steve on this. OTC fat burners should only be used by older or severely obese people who are already on a calorie restricted diet for weight loss! Your body is still growing and changing at 13 bro, give it time. If you are insistent on using them, talk with your family doctor about it.

BTW -- the safest fat burners are those whose main ingredient is cayenne pepper. It has been proven to raise your core temperature but it can be pretty harsh on your stomach. You should stay away from chomium or ma huang for a few more years.
