Serious Help for College Student? Lipodex,Lean System 7,Ab-Solved--Details Inside

I did my search for a few days and think I have all the right questions to ask:

First, I am 5'6 I have no clue what my BF% is, 3 years ago when I weighed 195 it was 25%. I lost 40 lbs summer of 2000 due to cardio, weights, water and hydroxycut. I dont know how much I owe to hydroxycut because I was doing 30-45 minutes of cardio a day, sometimes more and drinking about a gallon day, I was down to 148.

Now after my first quarter at UCSB I weigh 160. This is due to bad eating and seperating my shoulder which provented me physically and emotionaly from working out. 3 months after seperating my AC-joint I can just now do 10 pushups in little pain. My diet now is a protien shake in the morning with non-fat milk and a banana, tuna or eggs for lunch and chicken or chili for dinner and cottage cheese with each meal. I take a mulit vitamin and eat fruit and veggies too. I do 30-35 minutes if running a day and sometimes 10 minutes of HIIT also. I should drink more water though.

I want to loose body fat and dont feel I am. Since I used to weigh 190 and now wiegh 160 I think my midsection has the streched skin.

Will AB-Solved help with this? Lean System 7 seems like a good addition becuase its an appitite supresant and energy booster. I have also read god things about Lipodex. However, LS7 and Lipodex all are $30 for a 15 day supply.

What irritates me most is that I cant do bench press, shoulder raises and lat pull downs due to my shoulder/AC-Joint. I woke up the other day and my left wrist hurt, now I cant do curls or tricpes, been like that for a week. I have a lot of dedication but its tuff to keep it when all this Sh$$ seems to be going wrong. Not to mention I am on strike here in Southern California---Grocery Stores.

Thanks For The Help and Advice

Ephedrine HCL and Caffine Stack

did a little more reading and found many praises for plain Ephedrine HCL and Caffeine stack. Extremly cheap, only $14 for 20 strait days probably a month if cycled 5 on and weekends off.

Lean System 7 keeps drawing me closer though. It is more expensive and lasts half as long----talking about pill amount not potency.

Maybe Ill try the Ab-solved with the Vasopro and Caffeine stack. See how that works and then try LS7.

As always, Adivce and Comments Welcome

Thanks
Ryan

HCL is a good choice.

Many people will rec. AbSolved. I am one of them.

Good luck man, make sure you get your diet in check. Cuz those 2 will only do so much.

True words.

As for your shoulder, make sure it is re-habbed before you try and lift again. Take the time necessary now to make it happen. Put "rotator cuff" in the search feature to find posts on how to help a shoulder get stronger.

It sounds your diet (though you didn't post calorie totals) is fairly sound. EC is most definitely a very effective stack. Absolved will also assist you in targeting the abdominal fat.

For those who are EC intolerant, we will be releasing a very effective EC replacement in a few weeks. I will post the scientific write-up as soon as it is complete.
