10 standard 8oz cups is five pints or two and half quarts; if they're the 10oz glasses, then it's about .78 gallon - in either case, far short of the gallon to gallon and a half recommended above.
you need to be drinking at least 16 8oz cups or 13 10oz cups.
better yet, get yourself one of those quart-sized sports bottle, fill it, then just sip it through the day.
