Im 16, almost 17, and im tired of being skinny. I wanna bulk up and get bigger muscles. Im 5'10 and about 130 pounds. Im trying to get started now. I joined a gym and I have been trying to eat more and better food. What supplements would you reccomend? I will be working out 5-7 times a week and want results quick! Im determined so I am okay with hard work. Any feedback would be helpful.. Thanks!
