Should someone like me use Xenadrine?

I'm 22 yrs old, 5'5" and about 125. i'm seasonally active (mostly summer time), I work out and eat regular meals (no diets). Over the last yr or so ive gained some weight and it seems to be mostly fat. I go to college and work, both full time so i can not increase my work out any more due to lack of time. Would xenadrine work for someone like me who is only looking to shed some excess fat? i keep hearing about drastic weight loss and thats not what im going for. i just need some type of supplement to my light work out routine. And if not xenedrine, any suggestions? Thanks.

Which Xenadrine are you talking about? EFX the version without ephedrine or RFA-1 the version with ephedrine?
