I'm 22 yrs old, 5'5" and about 125. i'm seasonally active (mostly summer time), I work out and eat regular meals (no diets). Over the last yr or so ive gained some weight and it seems to be
mostly fat. I go to college and work, both full time so i can not increase my work out any more due to lack of time. Would xenadrine work for someone like me who is only looking to shed some excess fat? i keep hearing about drastic
weight loss and thats not what im going for. i just need some type of supplement to my light work out routine. And if not xenedrine, any suggestions? Thanks.
