I just recently purchased me some new supplements due to the fact that i am going to be working out a lot during the summer.
My Stack:
TKE Monster Food (
Weight Gainer)
BBS Crea3 (Creatine)
Nitrous (Cell Volumizer)
Mega Man Multy Vitamins
What are your opinions on this stack?
I know i should take my creatine and weight gainer right after i work out, but when should i take the nitrous? it says to take 2 servings of it on an empty stomach....so should i take one in the morning when i get up, and then one after i work out before i take my other supplements?
