you just bought overpriced creatine with some addtional amino acids. Stacking with another creatine would be useless and wasteful.

I never said it was a monohydrate, whether CEE or mono, they do the same thing. So you bought creatine with a patented, unproven delivery system.

Doesn't matter, I have universal storm which is simliar to mag, I use mono to load and then use the Storm for my regular creatine, I don't like loading on expensive creatine.

yea.... creatine is creatine no matter what form it is.... if you stack 2 creatines with each other not only are you wasting money but you can damage your kidneys and maybe your liver... and theres no point of alternating two kinds... you might loose the benefits that way too... if one is stronger than the other and you keep alternating to the weaker one every day.... but you wont know which one is better until you have gone thru a whole cycle with each one anyways... creatines are something you just need to experiment with in terms of buying the right one.
the best ive found is a CEE by Primaforce (warning it tastes like chlorine, and is best consumed with a powerade and/or a protien drink, which these are all needed after a workout anyways...)

So what's your point? All forms of creatine have the same end benefit. Doesn't matter if I drink beer, jack Daniel's, or baccardi 151, I'm gonna get drunk either way, I just might have to be a little more patient (clearly not your strong suit). The only difference is the price.

I'm saying they are designed to do the exact same thing. Creatine Monohydrate, CEE, this stuff you are looking at, Super-Just-Came-Out-Yesterday-Patented-Ultra-Creatine (doesn't exist xtremtris, so don't go looking for it), they all do the same thing, increase available ATP for muscle contraction.
Once again, you need to listen and evaluate what people say before just firing off another post.

exactly! the main reason in buying any creatine or creatine blend, is to build higher levels of ATP....... the differences in products, are just that, differences... cee are claimed to be the best bang for buck, because theyre are still fairly cheap like mono but is 2-3 times more effective as mono, and reduces the amount of creatine bloating. creatine blends are designed to offer a little more for your body, like how fast it can be absorbed, or some others can offer less loading time, or some others can offer a helping hand in protien synthesis...... bottom line they all store atp in the muscles......
