Suggestions Needed.

Ok, as of now, I take a Multivitamin, Essential B Complex, Whey Protien, Phosphagen HP (Creatine), and DHEA.

Is there anything else I could add to help in bulking? And something for recovery?

What is everyones opinion on NO2?

I'm somewhat skeptical about NO2 myself, I would advise a good amino acid complex as a supplement for bulking which I have found VERY beneficial in the past few months. Along with that obviously just loads of food and MRP's.

Vit C
Vit E
beta carotine
ALA

Those are all antioxidents which are beneficial. I guess they'd be good for bulking, as they are good for "any" time.

FOOD FOOD FOOD is the main thing you need..
However I would loose the Creatine and go with V-12,Swole V-2, or ISS research Satur8 which will basically do the same thing as NO2.

For recovery I would add ZMA and Glutamine at night before bed and at least a half hour away from any calcium ingestion.

If you have a high metabolism you might try a scoop of Protein powder in water in the middle of the night when you up for a washroom call...

Lift heavy and eat big..

NO2 is worthless. despite its claims, it has absolutely NO benefits to strength or gains.
