No you can't. But you can
increase muscle mass which increases your caloric needs. That in turn by keeping the same calories works out to "muscle burning the fat". Not entirely accurate, but that is the end result. If one has enough fat stores and they go on a ketogenic diet where the body is forced to use the fat for fuel then the fat can be used to fuel the workouts which in turn make muscle.
Either way isn't optimum - why get fat on purpose when you can gradually increase consumption a little at a time until you see some muscle gains without fat gains? It's called a clean bulk - it works. It's smarter than just throwing tons of calories at it and risking getting fat. Did you see the pics in my progress pic section. Take a good look at the saggy wrinkled abdomen "full frontal flabby" and you will see why I don't reccomend getting fat - that is what happens after being too fat and
losing weight without enough muscle built yet to fill in the skin. Don't make the mistake I and too many others made and get fat. Take it slow and do it smart.
