Supplement choice for me(Creatine + Zma)

After debating over what type of ZMA to get i have decided that something more beneficial for me and safer may be creatine. I will be taking ZMA most likely, except not with the tribulus stack, which sort of scares me actually. A few questions before i start taking the creatine: 1. Most people say 3 - 5 grams a day, post workout is ok... if i take 3 as opposed to 5 is that worse? 2. Since i wrestle and weight lift, should i take it after wrestling or afterlifting? 3. Wrestling can make me very dehydrated at times, but will i be ok if i watch my water intake before and during(when we get a chance) and load up heavily afterwards? 4. Many pople say that it needs to be cycled, some don't. If i were to cycle it, how long can i take it before doing so?

Everytime i think i wanna take a supplement i decide not to lol. I am still unsure as of now whether i'll be buying anythig at all, man this is so frustrating.

5 grams after your done with your weightlifting is fine..
To answer your question about how long to take it all I can say to that is when you no longer see progress stop for about 4 weeks then start it up again..
With regards to ZMA just go to your local pharmacy and buy the stuff separately. It's much cheaper...
Take it at night just before bed and at least a half hour after any calcium intake..
Your first couple nights taking the stuff should bring colorful dreams.

Should i do a loading phase? Also i am planning on starting a new training style so if you have time, look in the training and advice section.

It's good that you're cautious though, if you're young you might not get anything from ZMA or trib. Many people get good results from creatine, try V12 maybe?

No I would not suggest that you load, people who load just get quicker results. Since you are going to be dehydrated due to lifting I don't suggest that you load at all, btw what brand/type of creatine are you looking at?

That would be a good product, especially while im wrestling to keep my mouth hydrated(saliva flowing). It seems that it also may work better since i could take it exactly during my active period... I don't know though... the price and the odd fashion that it is in is sort of weird. Anyone that you have known use it?

If right after wrestling i were to consume a mix of grape juice and creatine and then after weight lifting i just had a protein shake, would this be ok? I would mix it into one shake except i have heard good things about grape juice and creatine, except my chocolate protein powder wont taste good in it. Also, i originally wanted dextrose but it seems like that would be adding too many calories as i have read that to trigger an insulin response it requires very high doses of sugar, some creatine has insulin spiking devices in them already but i cannot find many that are not a mix of craetine and just simple sugars.a\ The gum seems good but for it's sheer price i think im going to go with a powder instead.

This looks to be what i am going to buy.

I just take my creatine by plopping a spoonful in my mouth and washing it down with welches.

Dude, just try it. There's nothing hormonal about it so there are almost no side effects, unless of course you take large amounts which can cause nausea, irritable bowel, liver problems, kidney problems. That is why it is recommended to drink lots of water, so you keep your kidneys flushed. You dont want excess creatine sitting around too long in there.
