Whey protein digests within an hour, so it's best to have a longer digesting protein during the day if possible - you can take whey if you plan on having a meal in around an hour...best time for whey is after your workout. I told you the grams that it works out to somewhere in this thread, 40% of 1800 works out at 180grams 20% is 40g .... so 180g protein, 180g carbs, 40g unsaturated fats. Watch out with the peanut butter, it's an easy way to disturb any diet...you really don't need to use any supplements for such a simple task bud.

Also, sorry one more thing. The HIIT training, is basically from what I gathered is a combo of sprinting in jogging. This is basically the same thing I do when I run without the jogging. I usually run around 2 miles in 13:45-not great, but not slow, so for the better part of the run I almost at a full sprint. Can I just change my routine to running on off workout days and this will have a similar effect?

Hey mate - yes that cardio sounds good - by the way, 13:45 is not seriously not slow I would have to run my balls off to get that time, I can do a mile real fast ... but after that the old heart starts to fail on me lol. No ****, same birthday !? That's really seriously weird, Well - I've been much bigger than in the pic, around 15lbs bigger... I'm not sure how, lots of reading, lots of determination and a house load of sweat, blood, anger and work lol. I'll be happy to finish this year on 245lbs, long term goal is 300lbs at as low bf% as I can acheive... if I ever get there though, it won't be for a long time .

Wow, 300 lbs is incredible when being cut at the same time. Hey seriously thanks a lot for the help. I am going to start implementing this today and hopefully by the summer I can see some results. Currently I am 160 lbs, 6'1, and max bench around 170-I know this is weak but its a lot better than where I was in August (max bench-125) so I guess I am doing something right. Wish I could put up a pic to show u what I am working with, but for some reason I cant get the attatchements to work. Once again-thanks, and maybe ill post something in a couple of months with some progress
