Ive been lifting hard for about 4 and a half months now. Ive gained some muscle but still have some of the fat around the stomach. I used to run
cross country and want to get the six pack back. I only take protein on occasion and xenedrine tablets rarely. I try to eat right, and I dont eat alot. It's a little difficult to eat properly while in college. What supplements do you guys recommend for burning fat and putting on
lean muscle mass? I would like to be trimmed up in about 2-3 months, and just need some info on getting started. I have a buddy who took 1-AD and he did great on it. He did exactly what I would like to do, but Ive been reading about the side effects. Truthfully, they scare me some. Any feedback would be great, and thanks in advance.
