Supplement Help

Ive been lifting hard for about 4 and a half months now. Ive gained some muscle but still have some of the fat around the stomach. I used to run cross country and want to get the six pack back. I only take protein on occasion and xenedrine tablets rarely. I try to eat right, and I dont eat alot. It's a little difficult to eat properly while in college. What supplements do you guys recommend for burning fat and putting on lean muscle mass? I would like to be trimmed up in about 2-3 months, and just need some info on getting started. I have a buddy who took 1-AD and he did great on it. He did exactly what I would like to do, but Ive been reading about the side effects. Truthfully, they scare me some. Any feedback would be great, and thanks in advance.

Mike

No matter what supplement you take, if your diet isn't in check then the effects of the supp will be minimal. It isn't difficult to dial in your diet on dorm food. It just take a bit of dedication. You must be willing to commit to your diet first and that will take another 2-3 months of tinkering and learning (you will pleasantly surprised by the results during that time). Once that is in order, the effects of any supp you take will be greatly enhanced and you will likely get the same results as your friend.
