but one of the ingrediants in the animal cuts pack is l-carnitine...i thought that helped a lot with fat burning? would it be better to take just straight carnitine tablets? heres the link

To be honest, I take a very anti-supplements approach - the only "additionals" I would ever suggest to a diet plan are a basic multi vit. and min., and also supplements for your joints/ connective tissues such as MDM, glucosamine etc.
These "fat burning" supplements, save your money and let a proper diet and CV/ weight loss routine burn the fat for you. You may have your mind set on buying a fat burner, but I personally believe that they have a very low benefit to cost ratio.
