Supplement Question

I've been taking a couple pill supplements everyday for approximately 3months: NAnoX9 and Leukic (MuscleTech Products)... I'm wanting to know if it is advantageous to discontinue it for a time period and then start the supplement cycling once again. I also take a protein and creatine.

Thanks in Advance
Jay

I don't know anything about these particular supplements, but I'm going to move this over to Nutritional Supplements where someone with more knowledge may see it.

I would stick with protein and creatine.

The other 2 products I am very scpetical about and would drop. You should know straight away as the stated benefits of these product are meant to be immediate like in the first week or two. Thus if you did not experience the increased stength and muscle gains promised that helped make Jay Cutler Mr Olympia -yup thats how he did it- drop them.
