supplements

I have lost 20 lbs since March with better nutrition and working out. I take the following supplements and have since then: MegaMen(2 a day), hydroxocut (2 with each meal). I am at my ideal weight now with my 5'9 frame (165) but, am now looking to add definition. Are there any new supplements that anyone would recommend replacing the hydroxocut with after my bottle runs out in 2 weeks???

A change in diet will probably be better than throwing in the next batch of pills...are u already doing cardio? You might be able to up that.

So, should i continue the hydroxocut? I have been doing 4 days of cardio (hour a day) through this period.

OK, 4 times seems enough....what about your diet? How many cals/protein per day? Is it lowcarb? If not...try a HIGH! (2 g * lb bodyweight) protein diet that is low in carbs. If you are not doing it yet, it will boost your metabolism =)

Don't mean to be an ass but low carb diets are pretty much worthless.

Worthless is a very strong word candy. Although I don't think a person should be on a ketogenic diet for extended periods of time, it can very effectively shed bodyfat.

Im not a big fan of low carb but I turned a coworker onto this http://www.bodybuildingpro.com/crumcake.html and his results were awesome, but that was sticking to it hardcore.Just curious but are you taking the Hydroxycut with or without ephedra?
