Supplements after Cut

As of right now I am cutting.. Before I started I ran out of creatine, so I'm off that too. But when I go back to heavy lifting I plan on using:

Universal Animal Pak
NoX3 (I think)
Phosphagen HP/ V12 -- better?

Is there anything else that anyone thinks I could add that would have a good effect? I'm thinking about L-Glutamine, Univ. Sterol Complex, An MP3 player so I dont have to listen to bad gym music, Muscle Milk, etc. (Note: I'm 17- No PH's.)

instead of nox3(which sucks) use vitargo cgl(great creatine product)...and get a fake id so you can buy ph's, as they are getting banned very soon

Why don't you save your money on that stuff that doesn't work anyway and construct your diet correctly. 95% of what we do is diet and exercise, maybe 5% tops is from supplements. If you max out on supplements right off the bat, what good will they do if any at all? Protein, creatine and glutamine are proven to work. None of that other crap is shown to actually build an ounce of muscle. There is no credible eveidence other than made up sales hype for this junk. Just as fat burners that don't work, neither do these. Save your money and work your diet. This is what will make you gain. Food is the most anabolic substance there is.

bb1fit- Do you know what an animal pak is? Its probably one of the best multivitamin / all round supplements availible today. Creatine is proven to work and you can notice a difference within a week.

pmc- you are telling me to buy prohormones, first of all I already have 1-AD but I am smart enough not to use it for the fact that I AM 17 as I posted above and it would not be in my best interest to use ph's at my age. You shouldn't be able to post in the supplement section if you will tell someone to do something that they shouldn't be doing. I would take roids before prohormones- atleast with roids I would have gains. And do you have anything to back up your claim about NoX3?

That is fine, we all make mistakes.

On a note referring to your original post, the advice I gave you came very cheap. Buy all that stuff you want and you will end up with the same advice through trial and error, but at a much higher price.

One note on V12...I have used it(as I have animal packs, etc.), if you are after a great pump, this will give it to you! You will not make any real strength or size gains, but you will feel good in the gym, and it lasts for a while. It uses NitroArginine(Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate), which is what really does the work. You would be better off by using 3 gr. of arginine in the morning and in the evening, stacked with creatine. Much cheaper, and will get you better gains in the long run.

Shouldn't I take the 3g L-Arg. on an empty stomach with orange juice?
