I use supplements to make sure I am getting all my daily nutrients. It comes dow to what you are trying do. If you are trying to
build muscle like a professional bodybuilder you will need a great deal of time to put into your workouts. You will need high amounts of all nutrients, and that means you need to eat alot of food. It would be a good idea to take protein shakes. It is a good idea to add protein shakes or amino acid pills to your diet if you are working on a stronger more leaner physique. It is advised to take in 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight you have. Supplements spare you unwanted calories and fat. I don't train to be muscle bound, I am a good size guy, don't get me wrong, but I train to get in the best shape possible. I am pretty happy with the muscle mass I have now. I am working on getting more leaner like a good fit boxer then a
power lifter. I look like a power lifter now, and I don't want to. I use supplements now to help me with my goals. I can drop about 20 pounds in 12 weeks without losing alot of muscle mass. I have a punching bag and a trend mill at home, so I can get in a good work out in the morning. I think supplements are great
