If it's one of swole's programs then I've used both in the past just to see how they work....they're not worth the cash unless you really hate to read up on stuff for yourself ... you already have the knowledge to go where his programs take you Dark mate.

Swole V.2:
2CM Dicreatine Malate 3g
Betapure Betaine Anhydrous 2g
Taurine 2g
Endurlac Glucuronolactone 1g
Glycovol Glycocyamine 500mg
Guanipro Guanidinopropionic Acid 500mg

I've heard of creatine malate and taurine, but the other stuff leaves me  Give it a try and let us know how it works.

I've used V-12 by sans and am currently using Satur8 by ISS research which is basically the same thing
All I can say is if you don't respond well to creatine this stuff will pump you up.
The pumps from both these products was amazing.
I've had pumps all the way to the next morning..WOW....
The down side is it's effects are short lived and only last about 4 to 5 weeks before they taper off..
This stuff is best cycled as recommened or even less then recommended.
I would say 5 weeks tops and then off for 3 to 4 weeks before you start it up again.. You'll know when to stop cause you won't see much happening.

Plus side,
increased energy
Great pumps

Down side,
It's not free
Must be cycled to be as effective.

IMO for the money you can't go wrong so give it a try.
Start out clean for best results ( no creatine for about 4 weeks or so)

First im going to try creatine, i talked it over with my coach and he said that creatine is ok for me to take, i don't need to be going down in weight class. I'm down to 204.8 right now so as long as creatine doesn't make me go over 215 im good.

I will try creatine and if it is not effective i will try something else, i am not taking the supplement for the look though, just to develop strength. I just wanted to know what swole does in terms of strength...
