tablet form of creatine...

Yea, I'm about to start doing this protein and creatine nonsense and I was wondering what u thought of these products from GNC. Especially the creatine, cus it seems like it'd be a lot easier to take tablets than drink a shake...

Any other recommendations would be great!

Thanks in Advance :

at 175 i take in roughly 8 grams creatine a day, 10g a day couldnt hurt. you should use the protein to make up what you cant get through regular diet. i have a lot of protein in my diet so i just take 20g whey post workout and muscle milk (assortment of proteins and fats) prior to bed. if you cant get enough protein in your diet take a shake or 2 as a snack during the day.

I don't know about 10 grams... it won't hurt but there have been studies conducted showing that there were no significant differences in the suplementation of 2 g and those taking 5 or more. The truth is, we don't really need that much.

like what times should I take it and what dosages.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - school w/ lifting so I can drink a shake/take tablets before school (earlier than 6:45), during science (10:26-11:20ish), during lunch (12:20-12:50), after school before lifting (2:34 (don't really have much if any time, I'd have to chug a shake)), and after lifting (after 4:30)

Wednesday there's no lifting

saturday and sunday are very open.

Thanks In advance
Gartrell

I used ProBuilt Creatine Chews Tablets, frankly it's not as good as the pure ones.

i'd go for pure...

heres some helpful info on creatine:

http://www.absolute-creatine.com/5.htm

as for protein... I get a shake in about an hour before workout for energy, and one shake immediately after to help repair... or so it goes....
