tablet vitamins VS liquid vitamins

I've read that vitamins in liquid form are better than vitamins in tablet or softgel form. In the past, I've heard that tablet or softgel vitamins doesn't give you the 100% of the vitamin value, and they give just a small percentage (for a reason that I forgot), but the liquid vitamins absorb better and gives the 100% value of the vitamin. What does everybody think about tablet and softgel vitamins, VS liquid vitamins?

Nearly everything breaks down in water. So despite the fact that it might seem easier to absorb or whatever, you are just getting crap. They sell it cause people buy it.

SoftGels are mostly oil based I would guess, but I've never heard of any reason they would be better. Well, some come in chocolate......

Buy the boring stuff, it works great.

Oh cool. I take tablet and soft gel vitamins. I haven't gotten the liquid vitamins yet, but I wanted to know more about it. Fudo, you think liquid vitamins are crap? Have you heard anything about them that isn't good?
