Taking Creatine with N0 2

I was just reading and thinking about buying NO 2. http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/su...ent-review.htm

Do you take these two together? If not then had any one tried N0 2?

or should I just stick to PROTEIEN POWDER?!

hey man,

last year, i took no2 for the first time and it was awesome, i had great pumps, increase in lean mass and i think it cleared up my skin a little bit.. i also took creatine but i waited till about 10 days into the no2 process before taking it. someone told me to do that, and i always use protein,

so if i were you i would take no2 and protein for about 10 days then throw creatine into the picture, it worked for me good luck

You could supplement it, probably cheaper.
