Usually I have been taking 1 whey shake in the mourning, 1 whey shake right after I lift and 1 whey shake before I go to bed. Im seeing results but am still trying to get bigger. Does anyone know if Cyto Gainer would work good as a post workout shake?

Yea I want to gain weight but is it a good whey protein to take post workout or should i take the gainer and a regular whey shake after i lift?
