Taking protein, creatine and glutamine question.

I am currently taking all 3 of the previously mentioned supplements after workout.

My concern is, will taking all 3 of these raise my estrogen?

Should I be taking estrogen blocker?

Thanks for reading and hopefully answering. :

Welcome Bobby. I've never heard of those three supplements raising estrogen. You are safe without one.

None of the supplements you mentioned have been shown to increase estrogen levels. Unless the protein you are using is soy protein which when consumed in large amounts may increase estrogen levels. Some prohormone supplements, especially the recently banned androstenedione will increase estrogen levels.
