Taking Supplements

I have a quick question about when and how much of supplements to take. I have used the search engine and came up with 20 pages but I dont have time to read thru everyone of those posts. I have 4yo, 2yo and a 9mo daughters who are in my lap right know and that does not make reading very enjoyable let alone typing. Anyway, I am currently taking Methoxy-pro and creatine. I have been taking the protien w/creatine in the morning and after I workout. On the days I dont workout I just take it after I do my cardio.

Is this enough or should I be taking it more or less often. Is Methoxy-pro any good or should I take a plain whey protein. I am also interested in MRPs. I found EAS Advantage at wally world really cheap and they taste pretty good. Would these be acceptable? I am a sheriff deputy in a rural county so I dont make much money and I spend 12 hours a day out in the country. The few places to eat are greasy mom and pop diners so I have been occasionally drinking the EAS because it is cheap.

Thanks
DD

I think it's more than enough. The only supplement that I take is creatine, I don't even by whey protein anymore, I just make a cottage cheese shake with some bannanas ans strawberries and a teaspoon of creatine after my workouts, otherwise I just eat plain food, now if it's hard for you to get real food while you're working MRP's are fine, but you can always take a cooler with you with some sandwiches...
As long as you constantly supply your body with a good ratio of protein/carbs/fats you're ok, doens't matter if it's from real food or supplements.
