You could do that, but if you're really looking to gain mass, don't devote an entire day to arms and another entire day to shoulders. Chest and back exercises hit the arms and shoulders anyway, so you really don't need much (or any) direct arm work. If the goal is to gain mass, the big, compound exercises are your bread and butter.:

i read all of it, thats all i usualyl do is read. but im getting impatient and it seems eating a ****load of food does no good......

IF you read all those posts then you really shouldn't need to ask about Deca then should you? Everyone posted their inputs on gear usage already. Re-asking will do nothing to change our responses.

Also, 2500 cals is not "a ****load of food"

If you were at 400-4500 cals.........then I might agree with you.

You are young and impatient and want results right away. Too bad, you're not going to see instant results. You need to pay your dues - eat and train hard for many years. Your natural test levels are so high right now you might as well be on gear anyway, so take advantage of it.

i sure do, ive brought myself to this point and im not stopping, before i worked out i weighed 115, now i weight 140 in muscle..

I've tried to give you accurate information to try to steer you away from steroids. Deca is an illegal substance unless you have pernicious anemia, then it's damn hard to get a prescription for. Let me tell you what it will do for you. It will make you hold water. You will look bloated and puffy. It will aromatise into estrogen, then you will grow breasts, requiring you to take anti estrogen drugs that will damage your liver - drugs one who doesn't have breast cancer shouldn't be taking. If you have any tenancies for cancer in your body whatsoever, you will increase your risk of it growing faster and developing at a young age instead of when you are older. Instead of waiting for your prostate to swell up when you are in your forties you can have the pleasure of dribbling and straining to pee when you are 20. Oh yeah, and you probably hope to use mr happy at some point? Guess what, once you go down the dark path, if you screw up he's not going to work. Oh yeah, he won't work while on deca anyway. We aren't going to even get into the rotted abscess you'll get from injecting stuff that was cooked in someone's bathtub into your body. Yeah, that's how the underground labs work. And there is no way in hell you are getting a prescription for AAS. And enough to build muscle instead of treating a disease? Forget about it.

Now I tried to help you out and give you the voice of someone who's used that crap medically before and will have to again to keep walking and doing all the things that I wish to do. You don't want to go there. Even in the medically approved low doses that DONT build muscles, the side effects are terrible. I can't imagine what they would be in the doses required to build muscle.

Now, if you really want to do this, there is no way we can stop you. But you will not find further discussion about it here at DF. If an adult wishes to use, it's his/her business and I don't care one way or the other. If they feel they can do so safely However I will not be a party to a kid deciding to use AAS. Neither will any of the staff or members of DF. You were already told that AAS discussions aren't allowed here. Any more steroid discussion and this thread will be closed.

We do want to help you reach your goals. We do want to help you figure out the best way to lift for your body. We do want to help you with your diet. But we will not help you get on exogenous anabolic steroids...this is the final mention of the topic in this thread before it gets locked.

Now, to get more results the legal way. And use anabolic hormones too? You can do it and do it very easily.

Pretty simple, find a lifting plan. Stick to the compounds and don't worry about the minutia of it all. Just work on getting big. You can not shape what you don't have.

I would suggest that you consider something like Max OT, HST, 5x5 and one or two days a week of cardiovascular conditioning.

There are plenty of folks here who can help you with all of those, or something else if you want it. The best advise I ever got was from Firehawk. We were talking one day on YIM and I was worrying about this minor detail and that minor detail. Finally he said, "just shut up and lift". You know what? It worked for me.

Now about your diet. Sorry, you've got to eat. Consider something like 40-45% carbs. 35-40% protein and 20% fat. Keep most of the fats healthy. BUT have a bit of saturated fat too, some red meat each day with one meal is probably going to be sufficient. Why the saturated fat? Because it supports hormone function. At your age, your hormones are ready to rage better than any juice monkey will ever have.

Give them some beef and they'll be ready to go. That was "natural anabolics" lesson #1. You just happen to have a HGH factory at the base of your brain pumping the good stuff out in massive doses and two little testosterone factories somewhere else (hint, they control your brain) pumping out even better stuff in the most massive doses you'll ever have right now. To keep you from getting fat, you also have a thyroid making T3 and T4 - which make the HGH effective so you will burn fat easily and make muscle easily.

Next, eat protein and carbs before and after each workout. Have another small feeding of protein and carbs 1 hour after lifting. One more 2 hours after lifting. They can be small or even shakes. Not big sit down steak dinners. Why is that? Because the protein is for muscle synthesis. The carbs are for insulin production. Why insulin? Doesn't it make you fat? Sure does, but timed right it also makes you bigger and more muscular. Insulin is THE MOST ANABOLIC hormone in the human body and in the left side of your upper abdomen you have an insulin factory. That was anabolic lesson #2.

There you go. HGH, Test, thyroid hormone and Insulin - the most potent anabolic stack in the world and you are making plenty of all of it...all you've got to do is feed the machine.

The human body really is a wondrous thing if you let it be.

Now about it being damn hard to eat that much. Sure it is. Let me quote a wise man and pose a question to you, I'm sure you've already read his thread from this morning. "How bad do you want it" - pierini.

Well, how bad do you want it? I don't know much but in 3 years I did turn myself from a 300lb cripple into a 170lb triathlete. Then I managed to add 30lbs since last July without getting fat. I will help answer any mature questions you have.

There are others that have much more experience and much better physiques than I'll ever have here too. They will help you just as they've helped me.

I have 2 jobs, and take 16 credit hours. I get 5 meals a day and total over 4000 calories on any given day.

Good day.... there are no excuses if you're driven.

Use protein shakes when you cant have a big meal, buy a weight gainer, etc.
