Testosterone Booster


Well as ive probly said, im 17 and im sick of these results coming by really slow, soo i want a boost, will testosterone boosters help?

No..........at 17 you should have more than enough test in your system to see excellent gains.

I am willing to bet you simply aren't eating enough.

im eating 12 meals a day, abotu 130-150 grams of protein a day. i weigh 138. So this is starting to piss me off

How many calories are you getting? Post up your diet so we can see it.

Try getting 1.5g per pound of bodyweight, if that doesn't work bump it to 2 grams.

Again..........you don't need test boosters at 17 unless you have some type of medical problem.

calorties dont matter at my age right now whats most important is Protein and Carbs, but just incase your wondering, im probly eatign about 2500 at my age.

It pisses me off so damn bad, im on the verge of ****ing roids

lol.........protein + carbs = calories. You also need healthy fats in there as well.

Listen dude, if that is you in your picture, you look like an ectomorph, which means you're most likely going to have to eat more than the average person to put on any size.

I stand by my statement that you're not eating enough. And gear at 17 yrs old? Really not a good idea dude.

i eat as much as i can man. It seems to just burn the hell off. I need something. its aggrevating me so ****ing bad. I cant eat too much more without ym parent shaving to go grocery shopping 2x a week, which is alot of money cause we spend 500$ on groceries.. so 12 meals a day should be doing good... how about that supplement Endothil-CR

Wow ectomorph this ****ing sucks, so basicly its impossible for me to get really big, so i should just ****ing quit working out cause this **** isnt really gonna make a difference with what i do. ****ing dumb, why do i have to be born with bull**** and all my friends are ****ing jacked....... i hate this bull****

Bump for what F-Mac said. You simply need to eat more. Why? Food is the most anabolic substance known to man. Double your calories and you will start to see the results you crave. You want to know what the great Arnold ate in his prime? Pick up a copy of Pumping Iron (the book) and read the chapter of what he would eat after a workout while trying to pick up a waitress. Multiply that by 5 or 6 meals a day and then you will know what it takes to get huge.

You have a very good base ihaveadog, but you need to change something in order to make the gains you crave. Supplements/drugs are not the answer. This is a quote from an article I have written by a Director of Sports Nutrition at a major university:

  • I am not willing to train hard enough to build more muscle
  • I am not willing to eat enough to build more muscle
  • I am not disciplined enough to prepare or eat the necessary meals
The above statements are reality for most hard gainers, especially the second and third statements. I'll be more than happy to share the article with you via email. You will be very surprised at how much food it will take to gain 10 pounds. But if you follow the advice you will gain the muscle you say you want.

ok w/e so im suppose to just have full-fledged meals in the middle of math..... cant do it, so theres gotta be some other way to put on size. ill just stack ****in weight i cant handle and bench it and hopefully it doesnt fall on me...
