Bad would mean it cant be taken up by the muscle to replace glycogen two options replace liver glycogen or form fat. The glucose taken first will be used as well for the liver and muscle so fructose should be taken before glucose so the muscles can best utilise the sugars. I just would not take it. Also it will not ilicit an endogenous insulin response.

The fruit is not meant to illicit the insulin response, the dextrose is. The fruit is to aid in glycogen replensihment with the 2nd shake

You are not getting my point it can only replace liver glycogrn not muscle by its fructose content.
