The Right Weight-Gainer, Flaxseed Oil, and The Importance of Water

What's the best weight gainer on the market? - I'm looking for support with calorie, protein, and carb intake - as I'm trying to gain weight. I need a good weight gainer - please give me your honest opinions.

Also, I'm looking around for flaxseed oil to add extra calories to my meals, but I can only find it in gelcap form. Does anyone know where I can get flaxseed oil that I can use in foods?

I'm trying to drink 1gall of water a day, but water is water and that's it - no vitamins, minerals, or c/p/f - a friend told me to drink coconut water instead of the plain water

Make your own...plain and simple....get a coffee bean grinder, grind up your oats into a powder, add some whey and add some natty pb or a different efa source if you prefer something else. Its cheap and not full of sugars. During my bulk i consumed 2 cups of oats, 2 scoops of whey, and 2 tbsp of natty pb took me about 7 minutes to finish eating and is 1000 calories...now thats a weight gainer if you ask me.

imo, the best gainers are homemade concoctions. i use health from the sun brand flax oil. 1 bottle is around 7 dollars and lasts a month if used once a day.
