TO Sophos9... your experience with hydroxycut

Hello, Sophos9.

I just got a bottle of Hydroxycut and deciding whether I should take 6 or 9 pills a day. I saw you mentioned in your thread "The Diary of a Hydroxycut User" that you started with 6 pills a day... and then somehow after 1 month you switch to the recommended dosage (I guess that is 9 pills a day)... Is there any reason for your to increase the dosage? Is Hydroxycut not effective to you at 6 pills a day?

I am only 150 lbs and I am thinking maybe 9 pills a day is too much for me. But also worries that like some other supplements (e.g. CLA) taking less than a certain amount will make the supplement useless.... What is your experience????

Thanks!!
